SHIPPING POLICY

If the purchase is made before 12:00 pm, it counts as one business day. After this time, the next business day will be counted, Monday through Friday. This delivery period begins to be effective at the time the product is shipped.

  • Shipping of items purchased on www.sietedieciseis.com will be done via a national courier company and will be delivered within approximately 2 to 4 business days.
  • To avoid delivery inconveniences (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to correctly complete the corresponding form.

  • The shipping price is based on the rates that each transportation company has. The exact shipping price will be calculated by including each item in the shopping cart and will be broken down on the page summarizing the purchase before the customer confirms the order by clicking on the "Confirm payment" button and before entering payment details.
  • Additional Information: The day before delivery, an email will be sent to you with your order tracking number information.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

You can make an exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase.

Keep the following in mind when making a change:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items can be exchanged; Promotional items have no change.
  • No refunds are made. If the customer does not want any product, a gift voucher will be issued.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Claims for defects:
